facing a beast

yesterday i went back to look at the beast class. so happy i did. a door opened up.



the nieces gasped when they saw her. they kept coming over asking questions about her.



i copied jude's faces. i think i will look up some 'how-to's' on drawing basic facial expression. fun!

The cat comes out

i realized i'd not cut any wavy weaves.



did not come out as ~curvy~ as i'd imagined.



did some wavy back stitching (was really nice to do) and added some scraps colors...



got a little carried away on the stitching again... hahahahahha



mr. cat agreed to come and help me tone it down a bit.

i made his eyes and fringed up the strips edges the jude way.

not finished yet... i think a spider wants to come hang out. and the moon is looking a little stark/bare.
